What should I do in case of late or missing refunds?

Once the refund has been done from our end, the refund amount will be reflected on your payment account within 3-7 business days with PayPal and 8 -15 business days with your Credit Card, depending on the process of your bank.

In case you have not received your refund after this time, please chat with us so we could check if your refund amount has been processed accurately. If the refund has been transferred successfully to your bank, we will send you the refund invoice via email as proof.

In case we provides you with the invoice and confirms that the refund has been sent successfully but you still don’t see the refund back to your account yet, you should contact your bank to recheck the refunded transaction. Sometimes, the transaction is pending for some reason from the bank.
